Repatriation arises when a foreign worker or maid is found unsuitable for employment. The problematic employee misbehaves and is difficult to manage. He or she behaves in a mischevious manner, instigates others or creates unhappiness among fellow workers or within the workplace and not suitable for employment. This type of employee(s) can be aggressive, violent and tends to abscond from the workplace.
Employers will be at the losing end if their employee(s) abscond or create problems. To prevent such occurrences, foreign worker(s) or maids posing serious problems should be repatriated as soon as possible. For the repatriation to be successful, the employer should ensure that the necessary procedures and documentation are properly done. The employer can then arrange with our company to pick up the employees and send them to the airport for repatriation. The employer or his representative must be present and all documents must be properly executed.
